Tata Sky — No Signal since more than 2 weeks, pathetic experience with customer care | |||
As with other's I am also victim of TATA SKY services. There are no signals since last two weeks. Registered complaint for same on 3rd April but didn't hear anything from company. When tried to call customer care, they kept waiting almost for 25 minutes and cut the call. Sometimes I was managed to connect the call (luckily), but got answer like "You will receive technician call within next two hours and they will visit you to resolve the problem". But nobody called me. Still I am waiting for their call. Interestingly, my account balance is getting deducted on daily basis. This is one kind of harassment company is doing to their customers. I keep telling everyone that TATA SKY is the best service provider in DTH world, but now I have to take my words back. Was this information helpful? | |||
