Tata Sky — No Signal : Subscriber ID - [protected]

Hi My name is Sadiq Khan, I have been using Tata Sky connection for more than 5 years now. I was very happy with your services. But the last 1.5 months have been pathetic. There is no signal for most channels. I have been recharging 600 Rs per month for just a handful of channels for two months now. When I recharge online, I use my mobile no to log in using 'Registered Mobile No'. Now when I call up the customer care no, I get a automated response telling my mobile number is not registered and the phone gets disconnected. I tried other number, I was given a estimated wait time of 10 minutes, however I waited for more than 30 minutes. I still did not get to talk to customer care. I dropped message 2 weeks back. I was given a WO:NS[protected] via a sms on 16th April. No one got in touch with me.. no one came home to fix the issue, surprisingly I get a message few minutes later that the issue was resolved. I am still not getting signal for most channels even today. It is the worst customer service I have seen anywhere. I am a Tata employee myself, working for TCS. I am appalled that worthless people are working at Tata Sky who cannot arrange for proper customer care on phone or through emails. Its a shame that there are only two help lines which are not toll free and are always busy. Its a shame few irresponsible thugs are working there and not able to resolve the issue for more than two months... I have tried every means for a response. The customer care is yet to contact me. I will stop using the services going forward, I am sure others will follow as well. The management should proud of itself, because they earn their bread & butter because of subscribers like us, but do not value them, because losing few clients will not impact them directly. Regards
