Tata Sky — No signal, technicians lying, poor customer service ettiquettes | |||
I Pradeep Kumar with tata sky reference number [protected] have been facing horrible service staring from signal issues, technicians not turning up, call center not able to converse nor understand customer difficulties over the last 2 month but been charged by tata sky . In April alone, I've raised multiple complaints but without providing resolution the complaints are closed . When followed up again., New complaints gets logged and no technician visits the property . See below complaints numbers & dates raised along with supervisors dealt with: 2nd April: NS[protected] 11th April: NS[protected] 17th April: NS[protected] (REF#: 1-[protected]) Supervisor Name: Purvi Supervisor NAME: Mansi Another issue, whenever I try calling the technicians - they ask for commission (Rs: 100) to visit the property. if not paid - they do not turn up despite of open complaints .
