Tata Sky — No Signals for last 15 days and no service even after complaint | |||
We are unable to receive any services of Tata Sky for last 15 days. we have lodged a complaint 10 days back but we are receiving messages that a technician will be visiting you but no one has yet come to do the needful. Addition to that the message says to have patience. DO TATA SKY FEEL THAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTINUE TO HAVE PATIENCE AND THEY WILL ATTEND TO HIS PROBLEM AS PER THEIR CONVINIENCE ? The Tata Sky Service centers are not responding to our phones... We have renewed our subscription recently or we would have shifted to some other DTH subscriber. We are not sure where to contact If this continues we would to forced to put this across consumer forum and exercise our rights. kindly do the needful before we take the final step Was this information helpful? | |||
