Tata Sky — No Signals for over 10 days | |||
I have made repeated calls, sent messages SMS, missed calls, written on consumer complaint forums and till date my Tata Sky set top box is NOT receiving English News, HD channels, English Entertainment and any Regional languages – these are the ONLY things I pay for and watch. What I get is a HOST of Hindi channels none of which I watch!! Today on 10th.April.2015 at 1:20 PM a TATA Sky technician finally came home went to where the Dish is located on the terrace and asked me to get a ladder. When I told him he needs to get the ladder located on the ground floor(it is a foldable one) he refused saying that was my job. I would not have minded getting the ladder but his attitude clearly was “ he was doing me a favor fixing my connection”. When I refused he simply left without doing anything! Obviously you have passed on your qualities of “poor customer service” to your technicians. Remember all this after 10 days o[censored]seless follow up, phone calls never responded to and a customer center that seems to always be tied up. I just recently paid a subscription renewal for TATA Sky and would like to see how I can get a refund and move to another DTH provider. BTW some of my relatives in Bangalore also have TATA Sky and are facing the same issues. I will be convincing ALL of them to move from TATA SKY and to spread the word to their friends as far and wide as possible. I really don’t understand how you can be in a Consumer Facing Business with your abysmal attitude towards a customer and your clear incompetence in managing technical upgrades Was this information helpful? | |||
