My Tata sky connection (Sub ID: [protected] ) is not working since 5th May 2015.
I have contacted the call centre numerous times and got Work order number twice (6th May: HYUA07Q; 9th May: I0OMQJA) but both times they got closed/cancelled without any resolution of my problem.
On the 2nd time after cancellation, I got an SMS asking me to give a missed call on [protected] in case of “No signal issue”, and when I gave the missed call, Rs 50 was deducted from my balance towards UNICEF Initiative.
Request you to close all the issues asap.
