Tata Sky — No Signals / service

Dear Sir, My subsciber ID [protected], i am not receiving signals from last three days, i.e.from 2nd April, even in last month also tata sky not provided services for almost One week arround 15th March 2015. but company has not provided credit for the same. I want credit for the last months as well as this months breakdown from TataSky.
