Tata Sky — No signals since 5 days | |||
I am not able to see TV since 5 days.We suffered similar problem even in the previous month.I am continuously contacting your customer care but they not even attend my call.I even contacted the local Tatasky representative and he asked me to pay Rs.500 to solve my problem.This is really disappointing and shameful for your huge company.So I request you to pls solve my problem by starting the channels of my pack and the amount which is deducted everyday should be compensated by adding it up in my annual payment.Otherwise I will register a complaint against your company in Consumer Forum and inform to my area's BJP Sansad.If you won't solve my problem till tomorrow then I will switch my tatasky service with any other dish service.
