Tata Sky — No T1 signal in Set Top Box | |||
Dear Sir. My secondary Tatasky set top box is not working from last 7 days. It shows no T1 signal. I have been calling and complaining after holding phone for 15mnts each time, sending SMSs, missed calls and many e mails to helplines BUT all in vain. Even talked with their supervisor twice, who promised to send someone immediately But nothing happened. If this is the way premium customers are treated by a TATA company called TATASKY I really can't imagine what must be happening to normal customers. TATASKY should be directed to give the service to consumers as promised by them in 24hrs.
