There was amphan cyclone in kolkata on 20/5/2020 following which the tata sky service got disrupted.. It took one week time when they cam to our society to correct it. But even after that the network was not resumed in my house. Following that i contacted on their service provider on 28/5/2020 and he concluded that the problem is in tata sky box. He asked me to call at customer care and register complaints for the same. I promptly did so. After that there has been religiously a call daily that they will be coming soon and delay is due to covid. But till now almost ten days after they committed they have not come. Even the service provider in this area refuses to pick up the phone..
I will attach below the repeated messages they send as apology but have not managed to send a service provider to a well connected area like mine.
Also attaching the apology calls i received but when tried to contact they are not contactable
