Tata Sky — No Transmission for the past 12 days & harassment from Tatasky call centers

We have been fighting a war with the rude Tatasky agents and team leads for the past 12 days with almost 1 hour waiting on the call like stupid which the Tatasky people think their customers are, No senior official has the guts to attend customer complaints including Mr. Ratan Tata for creating a disgraceful Indian brand. We have been facing continuous harassment for the last 12 days with false commitments and refund promises thrown at us as though we are beggars. I give this refund back as a donation to the TATAS to make then richer at the grieving customer's cost. if any Tata office has a spine to attend our complaint Pls call me. I will meet you in the court though which is a promise.
