Hi,
From last 5 days I am not able to see a single channel. When I checked with my neighbors and friends in Bangalore, some have full signals and some have not. There is no response from your call center. The IVR take complaint which is never attended. What kind o[censored]pgrade Tata is doing which is taking to long. This is frustating.
Tatasky should not charge the users for these days and should solve the problem asap. These being holiday season, very difficult to survive without TV.
