Tata Sky — No view of tata sky | |||
I am using tata sky for the last 5 yrs . But this year i am totally dis satisfied with your service . Every 3 months my both set top boxes does not show any channels . In march your engineer visit us 4 times & every time a new person . They changed the location of my dish then changed my H D set top box then said some cable problem ten some T was faulty which resulted we could not view T V for almost 10 days with no credit to my account . Again t v was not working in june for which they changed my remote for which i paid rs 200 . Each time the company charged me rs 200 as visitng charges even for deliverig of remote . I made lot of complaints to settle my account which is not done till date . Now T V is again not working & they say we will send our engineer & you have to pay rs 200 as his fee .i m fed up with your service & may change my service provider once my annual plan is over . You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue at the earliest.
