[Resolved] Tata Sky — No visuality. No picture from Saturday. | |||||
I had lodged my complaint at 10.31am today. The lady on the counter assured me about resolution of complaint in 2 hours and promised me to send the technician in 2hours.i waited for him Till 6 pm and called upon customer care center. Mr Raj Kumar was on line. He only mentioned about registration of complaints but didn't provide the technician. I gave an ultimatum to send the technical person Up to 7pm today or else I would be constrained to disconnect Tata sky. No gain. I spoke to Mr Ravi senior manager twice but nothing fruitful came out. I have made a final call for disconnection for which he readily agreed. I wonder if such customer careless representatives are attending the complaint then it's better to close down the services. If I don't hear from u. I will seek the help of media and take suitable action against you. Kindly arrange for speedy refund of my balance amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
