[Resolved]  Tata Sky — non attending complaints and asking cash money 600 without receipt

My Tata sky set top box is not receiving any signal from Saturday Sunday Mon Tuesday and Wednesday and only once Jagdish attended on Tuesday 11AM saying Splitter used on common antenna is defective and asked for 600 Rs cash to replace it with condition that it should not be informed to anybody in Tatasky .Since he was not giving receipt or take 300 each from both connected subscribers, he left without connecting splitter. After complaining four times also no body attended till now for two appointments given by sms and also promising to repair today morning by TATA SKY call centre authorities no action is taken so far. Your call centre associates/ seniors/ supervisors has no knowledge/authority about the action taken or technician booked to attending fault or their mobile no as EXCEPT Sorry no answer is given by even seniors. Only false promises are given for repairing. To night again third time promise is given to repair in 24 hrs by taking appointment in 2 hrs. So only messages and no work is done by call centre

once again false promise received to repair in 24 hrs by taking appointment in next two hours. BUT WHY THE TECHNICIAN FAILED TO ATTEND TODAY IS NOT INFORMED. All call centres employees/supervisors are not doing any positive work except listening and replying every thing in one word SORRY AS THEY ARE TRAINED LIKE THIS AND NO INFORMATION FEEDBACK OR POWER IS GIVEN TO EVEN SUPERVISORS OF CALL CENTRE STAFF

Even Tata sky has not taken any action against Jagdish mob no [protected] technician who removed defective splitter of two subscribers of A4 and A8 and demanded Rs 600 without receipt and condition of not informing Tatasky authorities, because Tatasky do not pay them adequately in time. This means Tata Sky is looting the both customers as well as technicians thereby customer is double looted / robbed by Tata Sky and technicians and still the service is worst which fails as soon as rain starts and so fully on the mercy of Tata sky Technicians and rains in rainy season. So most of the time even call centre associates and even seniors are not available on phone
