Tata Sky — Non-attending compliant

This is with reference to service provided by Tata Sky. I am a subscriber to Tata sky services since last 10 months & services got interrupted since last 45 days due to their technical up gradation. I have tried calling them couple of times at their call center, but I was getting a message that their call center is getting clogged/congested due to up gradation of service. I had to wait for long time to talk to a representative. There was another option, where I can give a missed call to [protected] so that my complaint will be raised. I gave a missed call and raised a compliant on 3rd of April vide WO No. NS[protected] My compliant was closed on 9th of April without addressing the issue. I got a text message stating that if you are not happy with the service, please send message "NO" to [protected] - since my issue was not addressed, I sent message "NO" to this number. Again, another work order - NS[protected] was created & same was closed on 21st April without technician's visit. Again I have followed same process as mentioned above. One more work order was created on 22nd April - HS6S3TI, but technician didn't turn up. Finally a technician called me 26th April stating that he will come around 6 PM. He made me to wait till 10 PM, but didn't visit, he also closed the work order without addressing the issue. When I asked him the reason for closing the ticket, he mentioned that there are so many calls which he need to attend, but due to excess calls he is not able to attend, hence he closed the ticket. Finally, another complaint was logged on 26th April vide work order - HXUT8FD which got addressed on 4th of May after repeated calls. Please note, during these period I have made calls to call center "N" number of times where I had to wait and spend few hours of my valuable time. Many times, customer support rep was disconnecting the call & I had to call again and follow the entire process of approaching the representative. •I had spent so much of my time to call and follow up on my complaint which leads to frustration - shouldn't this be compensated? •I waited for technician for about 4 hours on 26th April where in technician didn't turn up. What about value for our time? •I have paid 1 year subscription in advance, but my service got interrupted in between - Tata sky call centre rep was communicating that it will be compensated till the date the issue is addressed - what about the programs which we missed? shouldn't this be compensated? •If service was interrupted for short period - 1-2 days, it is acceptable, but in this case, it was interrupted for more than a month. On top of this, no one is bothered to resolve - what is the alternative course of action I have? As on today, service would have been restored, but we have to spend so much of time and effort even after paying 1 year subscription in advance. Please let me know how Tata Sky service provider will be penalysed considering this pathetic service. Regards Prasad
