Tata Sky — non availability of channels and ignoring complaints

I have complained about non availability of channels many times to customer executives also through SMS.but company is not resolving my problem..every time i am told about technical glitching...i m very haraased by the way company is treating...my customer id is [protected]..pls get in to the matter.
