Tata Sky — Non availability of Tata Sky Dated 17th May 2015 and horrible Customer Care Service | |
I am not able to view any of the channels from past two days and I have tried all possible steps to resolve the issue. The error message is “Error 2” and none of the channels are displaying. I tried to contact Customer Care multiple times for help and seems like they don’t care for customer’s anymore. They give false promises and keep saying that the issue will be resolved the next day and we can expect the call from the technician. However, till now the technician has not called me and we need to follow up with the complaint to find out if the technician is really going to visit my place or not. I would say Tata Sky has one of the worst customer service department and they are pathetic.
One more issue is going on from past two months. I’m not able to change the channels after 7:00 in the evening. I will have to stick on for a particular channel and nothing works in the remote. They replacement the remote and also the setup box but the issue still persist. Don’t know if they have skilled technician or they are out of ideas. Why would I pay 7000 per year and deal with this horrible service?
