Tata Sky — Non availabilty of channels due to upgrading of services | |||
i raised a work order with Tata sky on 04-April-2015 the order no NS[protected] for a visit by their technician since I am unable to view majority of .the channels on Tata Sky due to upgrade of the system. As of today April 09 no technician has visited my premises or called me. I also tried calling their helpline but as the line was congested asked for a call back but nobody has called back. I would like to know as to when my problem will be resolved as I am paying the rental inspite of not being able to view majority of the channels. Also I would like to know the time frame for resolution of the problem and refund of rental charges for the said period. Was this information helpful? | |||
