[Resolved] Tata Sky — Non availibility of paid chanels | |||
I have tatasky connection no [protected], have paid for annual package of south dhamal mix.I am not getting at least 10 chanels for which i had paid.After calling to customer care they are not giving proper response and asking for visit charges of Rs200/- Earlier also in the month of June and Sept they have charged Rs200/- .Every 2-3 months they are asking the visit charges.and not repairing very properly, so as to solve the problem.Also for this 10 chanels why should i pay as this is tatasky tranmision and system probem and it should be free of cost Even i can not check there massage on tv as this massage chanel is also not available and showing signal problem Direct tatasky to solve the problem properly and permanently with no cost Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
