Tata Sky — Non completion of repair and UN ehical Behavior | |||
Sir, My tata sky was not receiving any signal and i made a request for repair of the same on 18 Sep 2015, WO numberK6QALPL, The engineer visited the site at 1920hrs, but could not repair the problem as it related to the antenna unit, he also detached the antenna outdoor unit on the roof. Being late at night, he was not able to rectify the fault and requested if it could be done the next day ie 19 sep 15. On 19 Sep 15 the engineer did not come to rectify the fault in spite of being contacted. on calling up the help line i was told that the complaint has been closed and i have been charged Rs 170 for the same. I was also asked to make a new request for the same unfinished task, which was done Wo numberK7VO036. the repair has not been completed for the last 48 hrs Was this information helpful? | |||
