[Resolved] Tata Sky — non refund of online failed transaction | |
Date of incident:23-nov-2019 Description: Tried to book tata sky subscription online via http://tatasky.com.After filling in required details and paying the amount, transaction failed for some reason and My account was debited. Tried reaching for tata sky help via mails and calls but nothing worked so far. Attached online banking transaction screenshot. Thank you for your reply.I followed the below steps:
1. Go to website www.tatasky.com
2. From "Order" menu, go to "Get new connection"
3. After that I selected for "Tata Sky HD" and then "HD Hindi Lite" on next page.
4. After that entered name, phone number and mail id.
5. Entered address and proceeded for payment.
6. On the payment page, chose net-banking and made payment.
7. Tata Sky page shows error.
The phone number used for the booking was [protected].
I will suggest you to consult with the team maintaining the website. They must be having required information of the transaction.
