Tata Sky — non resolution of complaint | |||
My subscription id is [protected]. I called up the tatasky help line on 17th sept early morning. I was told that since i was a premium customer i would get a call in 2 hrs. I got a call the next day when i was in office. The caller was thebtechjicianbi guess who lied and misbehaved. His owner called later in the evening and told me that my issue was resolved, which was untrue as no one had even visited us. Since this was hiw they behaved, i asked them not yo visit my house till i have spoken to someone. Since then i have been trying to request for some senior official to speak to through the help line as well as social media but all in vain. I am not able to use tatasky since 7 days despite having paid them annual subscription for 2 connections in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||

my consumer id is [protected], my package renewal was pending so i called on 3rd of sep @ 9:30. representative offered me to recharge with Rs. 5910/- for Sports Dhamaka package which we were viewing for primary & multi TV. within 30 min, i recharged with Rs. 5910 but Sporst Dhamaka Package for annual for primary & multi TV did not activated. again i called to Representative to know the status, they said, there is no offer for you. i have been using TATASKY DTH for last 12 years, but this is worst experience.
