Tata Sky — Non-response to setup box upgrade | |||
I have given request on 12th june 2015 after committed by tatasky associate same day upgrade of setup box from SD to HD but till today no response. THEY HAVE ASKED TO RECHARGE FOR 1500 WHICH I DID SAME DAY. But now when i call them ...first of all i wont get talk to them because they are always busy and The IVR is so lengthy that we will loose patience to wait. even in chat support the waiting list is always above 50 ... what kind of support it is.
