Tata Sky — non transmission of more than 20-25 channels for the last 2 months

I have tried my best to contact several of your telephone Nos. but failed & sent a miss call on your advertised No. but no technician turned up. Even two complaints from my customer ID have been lodged on Akosha.com for the purpose. We got one or two calls from ur side stating that since upgrading is going on, it will take some time to resolve the issue. About 5 days back I received a call from ur service centre that problem will be solved within 2 days & refund would also be made. On 17th I received a message that problem has been set right. This is utterly wrong and position remains the same & still 20-25 channels are not being transmitted. I fail to understand as to what sort o[censored]pgradation o[censored]r system is being carried out that it is more than 2 months that consumers are deprived of viewing several channels. Even technician is not deputed to check things. On checking my account that a little more than Rs. 100/- has been credited in it. I can't understand the maths behind this amount credited. This high time Tata Sky take a serious note & attend complaints of consumer & do not give false promises. Correct amount for non transmission of channels may be credited. Customer I.D. [protected]
