[Resolved] Tata Sky — non upgraded to hd (customer a/c no [protected]) | |||
I made my request no 1g1noexg as on 1st may 2019 to upgrade my existing connection to hd via chat on tata sky. After a discussion with executive, i deposited rs 1000/- in my account for it (Cost shared by him rs 999/-) on same day/time. In-spite of many times follow up still its pending after a long wake up period till date. In 27th june, i again talked at customer care vide request no 1jcnuxkh on above said matter, now they are demanding for new price ie rs 1699/- and they assured to resolve Please help me.
