My tata sky id is [protected]. I have recharged dth service on 27/9/17 and it is valid till 27/10/17. I am unable to view your channels from 1st oct. Initially some entertainment and movie channels were available. When tried other channels, "bad weather"clips were shown despite a very clear weather. I talked to customer care on[protected] in detail, but response was not good. When told some channels are seen and others not seen, it was told that my set up box was faulty. I also tried with missedcall to [protected], but it never responded. From last two days, not a single channel is seen and "bad weather" message is shown. What should i do?
