To Tatasky, mumbai Sir, Sub: Credit of rs. 350 for replacement of part in the floor (3rd floor a wing) box for tv operating at 301-302 a wing kamlakarsadan sawami samarthanagar andheri west id [protected] o[censored]madevi kapoor Complaint of non receipt of telecast on the tv was lodged with you on friday 10th and we were told that it will be attended to within 24 hours. Accordingly a technician (Hasan: mobile no.[protected]) from tatasky visited around 2.45 pm today 11th saturday and informed that due to shortage of material and manpower it may take 6/7 days to complete the job. But if we buy the part ourselves he could replace it immediately. We agreed and he replaced the part in the distribution box and the tv was ok within minutes. We therefore request you to please give us credit for rs. 350 that we spent for purchase of the part at lokhandwala market and adjust it in our account in the advance payment made valid till december 2020 Sincerely P m apte reg.
