Tata Sky — Not able see any channels in tatasky for last 3 weeks. Worst service

Hello, I am so depressed with the Tatasky services. It is been almost 3 weeks not able to see any channels in tatasky except 2 sports channels. To contact customer care executive we need to wait for more than 30 minutes and mob subscriber charges more than 30 INR. This is the worst part in Tatasky. I am suggesting other friends not to buy Tatasky. The worst service ever. Every day they are charging for the channels but not able to see any channels for last 3 weeks. The executive said it is the software upgradation issue in Tata sky.
