Tata Sky — Not able to receive tata sky services

Hi, I am Sujay Asre from bangalore. I am using Tata sky services from past 2 years with Registered mobile number [protected]. From past 4-5 months i am not able to see most of the channels. I have registered several complaints and called several times customer care. No has come to check the problem and even no one is giving me the response back. This is really unprofessional from your side. I am completely pissed off now, if you guys don't fix the problem in 1 or 2 days i will cancel my connection and also put complaints against you in consumer forum. I have all the compliants number and automated messages from your side. Hopefully you understand the problem and get back to me. Thanks. Sujay
