My subscriber ID is [protected], M not able to view channels and not able to reach your customer care to, Have already send messages many times and given a missed calls for attending the Issues but i believe you don't have manpower on field to support the Issues and You have just got an idea to collect payments from customers but no providing services to them so that you can pay Your dues... stating Software upgrade.
Resolve the Issues at the earliest.
