This is with reference to my complaint number NY0DK39.
Yesterday i.e on 04/04/2016, my TATA SKY got off in the evening, it started showing "NO SIGNAL" error and I saw that your engineer who was come to resolve issue of Mr. Pai of our building. I requested him to resolve the issue, since this is second time happening the same thing, that whenever your enginner comes to resolve the issue of Mr. Pai, my tata sky gets off.
Your enginner didnt accepted to resolve the issue and was not ready to accept that he has touch, but I can prove this with evidence that this is the fact.
Yesterday I was not able to view the important event of T20 WORLD CUP FINAL.
Whenever I m talking to your person, they always says that "Apologize" "sorry for inconvinience". Myself paying for complete year and getting this kind of service which is not accepted from my side.
Now today morning your escalation team has called me and telling me that engineer visit is chargeable. Now why should I pay the same, because it is not my problem.
I would have done the payment, if problem would have been from my end, kindly note the same, as clarified earlier.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and I will make sure that I m not going to pay and do not deduct the amount from my recharge.
Inspite of talking several times, no resolution is coming. Always getting time frame of 24 hours...very bad service from Tata Sky this time.
