[Resolved] Tata Sky — not able to watch any channel

I registered my complaint many times telephonically and via email since 23rd of december 2019 that there is no channel broadcasting to our tv not only paid but also free, till 31 january 2020.
Some associates from tatasky called me up and told me that now issue has been resolved but it remains.
