Tata Sky — Not Able to watch the Channels

I have a Tata Sky connection.Now the problem is I couldn't watch the channels from past two weeks.I have already raised the complaint and still its not rectified.When ever I am trying to call the Customer care of tata sky they are telling the same comment, that we will send the technician today itself.But this is not happened.So please help for this and give me the solution ASAP.
