Tata Sky — not accepting request for 130 base pack

I am a subscriber of tata sky tv Subscriber ID [protected]

I have requested via chat service two times to change my pack to base pack 130 as per TRAI regulation, and all-time they refused to take my request. Chat history with id is attached herewith for one chat.

I request to TRAI authority please do needed action for this kind of misconduct and guide me how to file compensation.

Tata sky is not updating the packs and channel prices as per Trai guidelines. They are giving the same excuse since last month that they have time till 31st Jan. This is the only dth provider refusing to implement Trai guidelines.

Stringent action should be taken against Tata sky
Tata sky has not started to offer channels at per customers choice according to new rules.company totally denies trai has not implemented new rules, when it will, we will also offer
