Dear Sir,
I have lodged a complain as mentioned above on 4th May 2015.
I can not view the programme due to the disc uprooted from its position for storm. All the time I am telephoning to your both number [protected], [protected], the answer of your representative is "our service Engineer will give you a phone call"But still to day at 10-15 a.m I have not got the lucky call from your engineer.
I am totally astonished that a reputed company like you has left the call unattended for more than 30 houres.
Can you tell me what mistake I have done by taking TATASKY service.
Also it is my request, please stop the advertisement that your people are cancelling leave to attend service call
