Tata Sky — Not attending to the work order & resolving the current problem in which there is no signal

This is referring to the work order number IT3YALO. The issue has not yet been resolved not it has been addressed. It has been more than 24hrs. Very poor, pathetic & unprofessional service from Tata Sky. They take money from customers only to put them in soup. Even their nodal officer is not bothered about the complains. Somebody should take this matter very seriously with Tata Sky. They are cheating customers!
