Tata Sky — Not disconnecting my second tv connection

sir,
I have a connection [protected] since 2006. recently I had taken a second t.v connection few months back. since my mother went away I asked for disconnection of this 4 times in the last 6 days, my last complaint was[protected] yesterday. And again today[protected]. But no one is bothering to either ring me up and disconnect my second T.V which is causing financial loss to me.
