Tata Sky — Not getting channels from 01.04.2015 for id [protected]. | |||
I am using Tata Sky Dish at Bangalore and i am not getting channels from 01.04.2015 to till today. I have made several compliant from my Registered Mobile and through your Customer Service. Till today no one approach from your company, I can't believe that such a big company and Number One in India of TATA don't have courtesy to call and response to the customer for their problem and they don't have time to call. Your customer care peoples don't have time to even speak. Heard that you are upgrading your system, how can you stop the channels to the customer without prior intimation. You customer service peoples don't know any thing and they don't have courtesy how to talk and they will not give reply to our query and will not give proper reply. Your customer support person will not call us. But you are giving add that your team will solve the problem immediately. I don't understand how your persons are trained with our any information. But your have trained your peoples to ask customer to recharge the account and sending SMS with out getting channels. If not recharge you are sending SMS the it will be deactivated from tonight. Pl give proper reply how long it will take to restore your problems immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
