Since last one month i am unable to view the channels including door darshan and the other channels as per the pack i have subscribed for. I lodged a complaint 10 times with tata sky customer care but is of no use. The techinican was to visit for this purpose on 12th august, 2016. Before that he telephoned twice that he will come but did not turn up at all. Again after i complained and gave 3 alternate nos., i was told that they will call back and then send technician but they have not called back at all and are saying "phone unreachable".
It is highly impossible to get complaints registered with tata sky because till the time you get the right person, you would have lost rs. 20/25 on the telephone because of their stupid voice recordings. The problem is from their end as after they have changed the channel nos. There is a lot of problems as their customer care is hopeless and says "sorry for inconvenience - it cannot be helped". The problem is that their set top box is getting signals for some of the channels and not for other channels as per my pack. Further, i want to emphasize that when i cannot view the channels which i have paid for and doordarshan/national channels which are free, due to their fault they should ensure that the period of subscription is extended correspondingly as i have paid subscription for a year till 15th october, 2016. I want to put it down here that they have taken it for granted to overlook the customer grievances. I request you to take up the matter with the authorities concerned for immediate solution and restoration of all the channels which i have paid for.
