Tata Sky — Not getting channels what i have paid for.

I have purchased tata sky dhamal mix pack and not getting MTV at all since 1 week and from today not getting many more channels also my subscription is for 1 year which will end in 24/6/2017.Thoroughly dissapointed, many times I have tried to complain but there is no option in website to complain also they will ask for type of complain and then subtype, in subtype they will show nothing and then you click submit, then they will tell you to select subtype, if there is no subtype then how the hell I can write subtype, bad web site, and customercare will never attach you to talk to real people...

I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue with immediate effect.
