[Resolved]  Tata Sky — not getting free channels also

Hello, my tata sky subscriber id is [protected], as my current pack is telugu pack 169/month. Except hd channels all other telugu free channels also we are not getting to the tata sky account.
We want telugu regional mini pack, please do action asper accordingly.
As we even not getting tv9 channel, sakshi news, etv andhra pradesh also.
Hope you will take action

Hi, Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
