[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not getting proper connection | |||||
With reference to caption subject i wish to tell you that i recently had a new tata sky connection. Past 3 day i am struggling to have a proper set up to my connection. I made 70 calls to customer care and raised 2 email complaint at your portal but till time i didnt get any resolution on the same. When 1st technician come to my place he took extra charges from me and there was no proper set up in 2nd time the technician open all wires and left the house as it. Today this wiring are still open and society people raise complaint against me. So sir just tell me if anyone got hurt from these wiring who will be responsible for that In customer care when i wrote to them they them self closing my complaint without any resolution. I am very disappointed by the services provided by tatasky. If you dont want to resolve my query i am requesting you to please take away your set up box from my premises. Please hire a good technician so that in future no customer get adversely affected by this. Thank you so much for trouble i am very sorry that i trusted in your service.
