Tata Sky — not getting service from last 10 days for sub ID [protected] | |||
Dear Sir/ Madem, I Jitendra Shukla the user of your tata sky connection from last 1 and half month from last 10 days my set top box is not working. I am register 2 complaint for that but you peoples just closed the req. we are calling 15 to 20 minutes on your call center after that i am getting complaint number and your field executive directly close the req. If this the service module you are producing than closed down my connection and return my amount I want my money back If this case is not resolved within 24 hours I want my money return back or other wise i escalate this matter in high lavel and i want a action against your executive those are responsible for delay in service. Please do the needful reply as soon as possible. my both complaint no: I09EM77 & I1I8WPG.
