[Resolved] Tata Sky — not getting service since a week | |||
I have been trying to escalate my issue to the tata sky team from a weeks time but no response from local manager or from the regional manager. Will there be any one from the national team to help me out or do i need to proceed legally on this case now. As my first complaint with them is on sunday and till now no update rather from any one end and they are harrashing us Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recharged my Tata sky and was working fine, after a couple of days, There is a message on the TV display shows that 'this is the wrong card for the set top box's (pairing error)
