Tata Sky — not getting signals

ref customer no [protected] despite repeated requests/complaints Iam not getting response from tatasky..And they are least bothered of the customer requirements.And I want to surrender the DTH connection .And my money is drainingout from my account.To speak the customer care nobody is coming into phone.
