Tata Sky — Not getting signals to all the channels.

I am the sincere consumer of Tata sky. My consumer identification no.is[protected]. From last one week I am not getting signals on majority of channels. Only on two or three channels signal is coming otherwise all other channels are dead. Kindly get the problem rectified at the earliest. Your representative may attend to the problem on any day after2.00 pm. Further my present mobile no. [protected] may be registered afresh instead of my earlier registered mobile no [protected] which was terminated long back by the service provider. Thanking you.
