Tata Sky — not getting subscribed channel

I recharged my tata sky on 25th august 2014 for 1 year . But some days ago some channels like ETV Rajasthan, Sanskar which come under my scheme, now does not getting . These channels became locked and there is a message shown on my tv screen that i have to pay for them . There is a reason displayed that tata sky has been changed their some schemes so i have to pay for that . But there is a question that when my plan is going on then there is no law to do so ??? How can they locked these channels for which i had been payed . And also there was no information given by the tata sky regarding this. my subscribed mobile no.- [protected] My plan is = Dhamaal mix ( Rs. 240 per month)
