Dear sir/mam,
I have booked hd dth connection through ur ishopper.in website on 1st september but until this day i have not even get a single confirmation call on installation and i have escalated the above condition to the customer care but they are not even caring any thing about the issue but keep on telling that it's not our problem, the problem is the area which you are staying. Then i asked them if it so please refund my amount which i have paid they denied that also saying that in the 2950rs amount which i have paid will be deducted by 999 and remaining amount will be given back. So by just for booking a new connection they are making me to pay 999 not even given a dth connection or set-top box.
So if this is the way to give a service to customer then please stop fooling people's.

After repeatedly calling to the customer care and sending an several mails today on12th September they refunded my full amount. So friends think twice before you buy.
