[Resolved] Tata Sky — not giving all channels under my pack | |||
Today I have relocated my connection and as per communication I need to give 300 rs but I gave 500 rs in which 300 rs charged as relocation charges and rest for my monthly balance but I don’t get access of all my channels as per package so kindly disconnect my connection and take all your dish and set up box with u I don’t want relation with Tata sky as I am not getting my favourite English movie channel Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 01, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we see that your account has been recharged with Rs.500/- and Rs.300 was deducted towards relocations charges. Your current account balance is Rs.Rs.179.69/-. Please login to mytatasky.com with your sub ID/RMN and click on "currently subscribed packs" which is located at the bottom of the screen to know you current packs.Please let us know if you're missing out any of your subscribed channels. | |||
